1Eligibility
This portal is intended for devotees and visitors using the official services of Shree Somnath Trust. Valid proof of identity may be requested upon check-in for accommodation or special bookings. Management reserves the right to deny services if eligibility criteria or security requirements are not satisfied.
2Booking & Payment
Online confirmation is provisional until verified by the Trust. Payments made through the portal are securely processed, but final acceptance of booking rests with Shree Somnath Trust. Overstay without prior approval will attract additional charges as per applicable rates.
3Cancellation & Refund
Cancellations made 48 hours prior to check-in receive full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur applicable charges as per booking terms. No refunds for early check-out or no-shows. Refunds, where applicable, are processed within 10 working days to the original payment source.
4Check-in & Check-out
Check-in begins at 12:00 noon. Check-out is strictly before 10:00 am. Late check-out requests are subject to availability and additional charges.
5Conduct
The premises are strictly alcohol-free, tobacco-free, and vegetarian. Loud noises, unauthorized visitors, or any commercial activity are prohibited. Violation of rules may lead to immediate cancellation without refund.
6Liability
Shree Somnath Trust is not responsible for loss of personal belongings, injury, or unforeseen disruptions due to power cuts, technical issues, natural causes, or circumstances beyond control.
7Modification
These terms may be updated without prior notice. Continued use of the website and services implies acceptance of the revised terms.
